I can hardly say enough great things about Misty Burns. From the start her market analysis, advertising campaign and suggestions were very helpful toward the sale of our home. To say “Misty went above and beyond in helping us sell our home and purchase a new home” is an understatement. She truly is the best! It has been 22 years since we bought our home and I had no idea how much the home selling process had changed, so I was constantly asking questions on a daily basis and she truly deserves a medal for having extreme patience with me. She always took the time to listen, console, and educate, and as soon I would make a decision, she would take that decision and immediately put it into action. She went above and beyond in marketing our home by doing creative online marketing and making creative videos of our house. On the purchase side, we were scared the seller going to cancel our contract, but Misty was able to negotiate an extension, without having to pay any additional money, and keep that contract in place while we tried to get a buyer for our home. Once we got an offer, Misty meticulously worked with both Agents and the title companies to coordinate a simultaneous close that involved 3 total home sales. Her idea to introduce the Title Companies to each other and coordinate the transfer of money directly to each other resulted in us closing on our personal home 1 day early and on our brand new home 2 days early! We absolutely love our new home and continue to pinch ourselves everyday because we love it that much! Misty is the best all the way around and we love and appreciate her so much!!
